Developed by GLU, Space Monkey game has a monkey that floats in space clearing the area around him by grabbing various floating objects around him. This single player game is quite simple and you do not have to be well prepared or a gaming expert in order to play this one. Space Monkey, as its name suggests, is about a monkey floating in space, who has to grab things floating around it in order to move onto another level. The controls are quite simple, as you have to slide your finger around the monkey floating on your screen to move it. The monkey is floating with his arms and legs spread wide and move with an increment of 45 degree. The game is simple you move the monkey using your fingers and by aligning the junk and his hands or feet, you get to enable your monkey to grab things as they pass by it. While the space is full of stuff like socks, ice cream, doughnuts or more, there are also present batteries that can hurt your monkey by giving it a shock. Thus, you have to spot the batteries way before your monkey ends up getting in contact with them. You can do this by spotting the batteries and moving your monkey in such order that it passes by them without its arms or feet touching them. When your monkey is spinning in space, it will find a yo-yo and in order to earn more points, you have to make him grab the yo-yo and make him play with it as long as possible. Spinning and floating cartoon monkey in space is usually an idea of fun game, but with the kind of graphics and music you get with Space Monkey, you are bound to enjoy this game even more.
